About Us
Founded in 1998 by Barry and Halah Smith, DentSmith, Inc. was built on experience, craftsmanship, and a commitment to excellence. With ten years in auto body repair and another decade in auto manufacturing as a metal finisher, Barry recognized the opportunity to make Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) accessible to everyday vehicle owners. Though PDR has been used in automotive manufacturing since the early 1900s, it was not widely available to the public at the time.
